Southwest Creations does “on your lot” custom home building. We will work extensively with your designer or architect to get you your dream house. We try to get involved in the design stage so that we can keep the project inside of your budget. If you don’t already have a designer, we can set you up with an expert. We don’t do cookie cutter type houses. Every project we work on is customized exclusively for the homeowners' needs.

We handle most of the work in house so that allows us to make sure that nothing gets missed. We can handle any changes in a very timely manner as we do not have to wait for a bunch of subs to each do a little part of your change. We understand that you may not be able to walk the jobsite every day, so we walk it with your perspective in mind and give you updates and recommendations from the initial design all the way until the last cabinet knob is in place.
